Service terms
A clear agreement for a meaningful family gift.
These terms cover the one-time Sondeas Recipes service and the family content entrusted to it.

The service
A purchase provides the selected recipe and contributor capacity, one year for recording and editing, private digital access, and downloadable print-ready PDFs. Physical printing and shipping are not included.
Family permission
The purchaser must invite only people they are permitted to contact. Contributors must have permission to share the recordings, recipes, names, and photographs they submit. Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
Ownership and license
Your family keeps ownership of its original content. You give Sondeas a limited license to host, process, format, and deliver that content only to operate and support the cookbook service.
Recipe judgment
The recipe guide organizes what the cook provides and flags uncertainty, but it cannot guarantee culinary, allergy, nutrition, or food-safety outcomes. Review ingredients, temperatures, timing, dietary restrictions, and safe handling before cooking or serving.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse invitations, probe private media, upload unlawful or malicious material, automate excessive requests, resell access, or interfere with the service. We may pause access needed to protect families or the service.
Payments, availability, and support
Prices are shown before Stripe Checkout. Taxes may be added where required. We work to keep the service available and to recover safely from failures, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Refunds follow the published Refund Policy.
