Refund policy
A calm start, or your money back.
We want the gift to feel right before the family begins recording.

Before recording begins
Ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if no contributor has submitted a recipe. Send the purchaser email and gift recipient name to [email protected].
After recording begins
Because voice processing and private book preparation have started, purchases are normally non-refundable. If a technical problem prevents the service from delivering the purchased cookbook and we cannot resolve it, contact us so we can make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
How refunds arrive
Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank controls when the credit appears. Refunds do not remove family content automatically; the cookbook owner may request deletion separately in Settings.
